Slow Yoga Class

Are you tired of fast-paced yoga classes that leave you feeling exhausted and sore? Do you feel like you're not flexible enough to keep up? This new 8-week slow yoga class is just what you need. Let me guide you through gentle movements and breathing exercises, helping you tap into your own body and move at your own pace. This class is appropriate for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi looking to slow down and deepen your practice. Join me Sunday mornings from 9am-10am, starting on 4/28 and running through 6/16. The cost is only $15 per class, so don't miss out on this opportunity to find your inner peace and movement with ease. Pre-registration is required but you free to join at any time during the session. No need to start the first week.
