This group will run for 8 weeks Saturday 9-11a with a retreat day on May 16 9a-3p Join me for a class to reconnect to yourself and other women in Menopause using yoga, breathing techniques and restorative postures.

About the event
During this class we will come together to share experiences with our Mid Life transition. The first 30 minutes will be a chance to touch base on the week and what things came up related to the transition including reflections from the previous week's class. Afterwards we will do a yoga class related to the theme of the week. This class will include gentle movements, slow and mindfully crafted to complement various challenges that can appear during Menopause ( joint pain, pelvic floor weakening, etc). Finally, we will end with a restorative posture and another share circle during which time each participant will have the opportunity to share their experience during the class and how it may reflect on their larger experience of Menopause.
