Jill Covert, LMSW, C-IAYT
Jill is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), mother, wife and naturalist. She has been certified to teach yoga since 2003 and got certified as a yoga therapist in 2023. She is the owner of Closed Lotus Yoga and offers yoga therapy sessions, classes and retreats. She has also been in active menopause since April 2025.

Dr. Lorna Busch
Dr. Lorna Busch is a licensed psychologist with a passion for supporting people through transformational growth in the face of personal crises and life transitions. She specializes in ketamine assisted psychotherapy, helping clients go deep within to heal core wounds. Many of whom are women “returning to themselves” after living out of alignment with their true nature. Valuing the wisdom found in different cultures, Lorna recently traveled to Brazil to learn about psychiatric treatments at Spiritist Hospitals and Centers. She is a certified Spiritual Emergence Coach (through Integrative Mental Health University) and offers Quantum Healing Hypnosis to help people connect and align with the highest version of themselves.

Pamela Hawkins
Pamela Hawkins, is committed to expanding joy, spiritual transformation and the creative living of everyday life. She is an Ordained Interfaith Minister, Spiritual Guide, Usui and Karuna® Reiki Master, energy worker, artist, non-violence activist, educator, addiction recovery facilitator and unabashed cook. Pamela has a 30 year practice as visual, poetic and community making artist. She has taught experimental time arts and ESL, worldwide. She is a trained Alternative to Violence Project facilitator.

Herbal Solutions to Menopausal Symptoms
Kara Timmons
Kara is a Clinical Herbal Therapist (CHT) with a deep-rooted passion for working with herbs. She has studied under several renowned herbalists, including Tina Finneyfrock and Chanchal Cabrera. She also apprenticed with organic and biodynamic growers across the US and Canada, including the National Center for Preservation of Native Medicinal Herbs. She completed a four-year Clinical Herbal Therapy (CHT) program at Dominion Herbal College in Vancouver, Canada. Currently, Kara works as a healthcare provider at Cornell University, where she created an herbal pharmacy for students in collaboration with Healing Spirits Herb Farm. In 2011, Kara founded ApotheKara, an herbal apothecary and integrative health clinic in Ithaca, NY. She is collaborating with Healing Spirits Herb Farm and other local herb growers in Upstate NY to source the highest quality herbs grown with eco-consciousness and love. She is a registered herbalist (RH) with the American Herbalist Guild. A lifelong learner of plant medicine and herbal abundance. She is currently studying under Dr. Aviva Romm in the Herbal Medicine for Women Program. She is also the co-creator of the annual Spirit Kindred Women's Medicine Gathering in the Finger Lakes Region of NY, where she offers in-person workshops
